It has always been a hassle free experience to go on vacation through Kaiden Tours. I have already availed their services 4 times in India. Their planning and on-land support has always amazed me. They work professionally but take care of the clients personally.. no over promises or under services. what they promise they deliver. Since it was my first international trip with my 5 yr old kid and a toddler, it was a reason to worry for me. But I just had to inform them my priorities and key destinations that i wished to visit and rest was taken care of by Mr. Roy Mathew. The hotels at both Pattaya & Bangkok, Golden Beach and Ramada respectively, were reasonably good in all aspects. The local support provided by their tie up company, private transfers in very spacious cars, humble & knowledgeable drivers cum guides, hassle free ticket redemption’s by drivers themselves, timely pics and drops- all went exactly as per plan & schedule. i had planned a kids friendly trip- like we visited Noog nooch tropical Garden- its landscape, big big dinosaurs with sound, an amazing traditional Thai culture show, then Ripley’s believe it or not was very exciting.. , we missed sanctuary of truth due to time limitation which was well compensated by Mr. Roy Mathew with a buffet lunch at Bayoke Sky, the tallest building of Bangkok…on 84th floor.. good experience .. Tussaud wax museum was also fun… A not to miss is -Safari world and Marine park at Bangkok but I must say it wouldn’t have of that much fun if the guide, Mr. Poopey, had not been with us… the hilarious monkey show & cow boy show, the amazing dolphin & sea lion shows, the bird feeding was a great experience here and the sight of white tiger, bunches of lions, tigers, giraffes, love birds, hippos was a delight. Then it was Sea life Ocean World aquariums having all kinds of fish, sea horses, octopus, snakes, frogs, sharks and penguins… great place… another wonderful place is Art in Paradise..a great piece of 3D art.. The Royal Grand Palace and Reclying Budha are also good but not great.
On the whole it was an amazing experience but it would not have possible without the continuous support of Kaiden Tours and their incredible management and professional skills. Thanks a lot Mr. Roy!! I strongly recommend Kaiden tours to those who want a troublefree and planned trip to anywhere across the globe. They are the best.
